The TNA service is designed and targeted towards companies that currently do not have a formal performance appraisal or training needs analysis system in place.

Performance Management
This service is for companies who want to develop and implement a performance appraisal system or modify an existing one. Performance management systems are customized to the company and its industry in order to assess performance based on core competencies required to succeed in their line of work.
