At Negocio Trainings & Consultants , we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellation Period:
- You may cancel your enrollment in a training program up to 7 days before the scheduled start date of the program to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee or partial refund, at the discretion of Negocio Trainings.
Cancellation Process:
- To cancel your enrollment, please contact our customer support team at info@negociotrainings.com
- Provide your booking details and reason for cancellation.
- Our team will process your cancellation request and provide confirmation via email.
Refund for Cancellations:
- If you cancel your enrollment within the specified cancellation period, you will receive a full refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
- Cancellation fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Late Cancellations:
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date may not be eligible for a refund, except in extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies).
- Negocio Trainings reserves the right to assess cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis for late cancellations.

No-Show Policy:
- If you fail to attend a training program without prior cancellation notification, you will not be eligible for a refund.
